Return Policy
- If the product that was shipped is defective, you must contact
us within 4 days of receipt. If for any reason you wish to return
your purchase, contact us within 10 days of purchase
- All returned items must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
number. Any products sent to us without an RMA number will be
refused
- All returns/exchanges must be in original packing and unused
- Do not make any marks on products or product packaging. Credit
will be issued only after inspection.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable
- software
- parts
- cables
- labels, ribbons, printheads, and all other consumables
Restock Fees
- No restock fee on DOA (dead on arrival) products
- R 400 / item fee for exchanges
- 15-25% fee on all returned products. (varies according to manufacturer
